Continuum Company is led by an executive body of industry vets with combined expertise in all aspects of ground-up development.
Under the direction of Ian Bruce Eichner, the company’s founder, Continuum's team of real estate professionals has a successful track record of developing projects from inception to occupancy that are on-time and on-budget.

Ian Bruce Eichner, a seasoned developer of urban mixed-use properties, has a proven track record in real estate spanning four decades. His vast portfolio of projects includes The Cosmopolitan Hotel on the Las Vegas Strip, The Continuum on South Beach, Madison Square Park Tower, City Spire, the Manhattan Club,and Montague Street in Brooklyn Heights.
Mr. Eichner’s acute business sense has produced a series of visionary real estate developments that have been characterized by a creative mix of distinctive purpose-built properties. Each of these properties illustrates his extensive real estate expertise and ability to take situations which others may find unachievable and execute solutions which realize value for the investor, consumer and developer.
Mr. Eichner’s notable development achievements include a series of Firsts;
- First high-rise built in Brooklyn since landmarks height legislation was passed in 1965 (Montague Street, 1998)
- First urban timeshare in New York, with a new concept of being able to book stays one day at a time (The Manhattan Club, 1996)
- First and only beachfront gated community in South Beach (The Continuum, 2002-2008)
- First development on the Las Vegas strip to employ an urban development model, maximizing a small 8.5 acre site to its full square footage potential of 6 ½ million square feet (Cosmopolitan Resort & Casino)
Mr. Eichner’s career in real estate follows almost a decade in the criminal justice system, including terms as an assistant District Attorney and program development chief of a gubernatorial agency during Nelson Rockefeller’s tenure.

Until Alexandra joined the team 5 years ago, Continuum Company had not developed any real estate projects in South Florida in over 20 years, since developing the Continuum South Beach – arguably one of the most successful luxury condominium projects in Miami.
Upon joining the team, Alexandra spearheaded the company’s re-entry into the South Florida market, with the goal of bringing a New-York level of sophistication and style to projects in undervalued neighborhoods. With her oversight and vision, Continuum Company is now developing luxury condos on 3 waterfront parcels of land in Miami and has plans to expand further.
Alexandra graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of Pennsylvania with a bachelor’s degree in Communications and East Asian Languages & Civilization.

Leslie is a seasoned real estate professional specializing in design, marketing, sales and leasing. She has served as President of The Manhattan Club, New York City’s first urban timeshare, and to date, the largest urban timeshare development in the world, and Chief Creative Officer for The Cosmopolitan Resort & Casino in Las Vegas. With a professional career focused on real estate product design and development as well as sales and marketing, Mrs. Eichner is a critical part of the team that shapes each Continuum development.
Prior to The Cosmopolitan, Mrs. Eichner was involved in the overall branding, marketing and design of The Continuum on South Beach. In addition, she ran the management company for the offices at Cityspire and was responsible for the commercial leasing program. She was also responsible for the commercial leasing of One Broadway Place and the retail leasing of The Royale.
Mrs. Eichner’s career has spanned three decades with both corporate and entrepreneurial experiences. Prior to her work in real estate, she headed a consulting practice which specialized in creative problem solving and the design of strategic sales and marketing initiatives for financial institutions and small business owners. Her 30-year career also includes 17 years as an executive at Chase Manhattan Bank.

Garland deGraffenried serves as our Senior Vice President of Development. A highly accomplished architect and real estate leader, Garland brings over a decade of experience delivering sophisticated luxury developments.
He began his career at Alloy Development, where he led the design and project management of high-end residential buildings in Brooklyn. Garland has since held senior leadership roles overseeing the design, construction, and sales of notable projects across New York and Florida.

Luk Sun Wong has more than twenty-five years of experience in real estate development across the New York City region. His portfolio spans luxury condominium high-rises, office and retail developments, and affordable townhouse communities. Notable projects under his leadership include The Shephard House, Solaria, Atlantic Houses, One Broadway, and The Royale.
Mr. Wong specializes in navigating complex governmental approvals and leading multidisciplinary teams through design, construction, marketing, leasing, and property management. Earlier in his career, he worked with New York City government, as a private architect, and as an urban planner, where he directed the development of the Intrepid Air, Space, and Sea Museum. He holds a Bachelor of Architecture and a Master of Science in City and Regional Planning from Pratt Institute.

David Fischman has served as General Counsel of the Company since June 2018, bringing more than fifteen years of cycle-tested commercial real estate experience across transactions and litigation. In this role, he oversees all corporate, litigation, and transactional matters, advising on complex legal issues including multi-tiered financings, acquisitions and dispositions, and joint venture structures. Working closely with the CEO and senior management, Mr. Fischman helps craft a cohesive legal framework that supports the Company’s strategic objectives and operational effectiveness.
Since joining the Company, Mr. Fischman has led legal and financing efforts for several of its most significant assets, including Madison Square Park Tower, the 960 Franklin Development in Crown Heights, and matters related to the Company’s ownership interests in The Manhattan Club. He also plays an active role in managing retail tenant relationships for the Company’s South Florida properties. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Fischman was Assistant General Counsel at GFI Capital Resources Group, Inc., where he advised on major acquisitions and financings including the James Nomad Hotel and the Beekman Hotel, and played a key role in GFI’s public listing on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange. Earlier in his career, he practiced at Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP, Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz, and Kirkland & Ellis LLP. Mr. Fischman is a 2005 graduate of NYU School of Law, is admitted to practice in New York, and currently serves as an Adjunct Professor at the NYU Schack Institute of Real Estate.

Lara joins Continuum with over 25 years of sales, marketing and development experience. Her track record includes taking projects from concept to completion; including brand development, advertising and marketing campaigns resulting in over $1B in sales.
As Sr. Vice President, she oversees sales and marketing on all company developments and initiatives including launch strategy, advertising, partnerships and PR, working cross- functionally with all teams.
Before joining Continuum, Lara spent over 20 years as Executive Vice President for one of the largest fitness and wellness companies in the country overseeing creative, production, sales and marketing. Lara holds a BA from New York University.

Devra is a results-driven marketing executive with eighteen years of experience, including fifteen years specializing in luxury residential real estate. She has a proven record of leading integrated marketing programs that elevate brand positioning, accelerate sales, and drive revenue in competitive markets. Her experience across both agency and in-house roles gives her a broad perspective on brand strategy, campaign execution, and operational excellence across the built environment.
Before joining Continuum, Devra began her career in fashion before transitioning to luxury real estate, holding marketing roles at Corcoran Sunshine Marketing Group, Gotham Organization, Knightsbridge Park, and Kushner. She has led marketing initiatives for prominent developments in New York, Miami, and across the U.S. Devra holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Photography from the School of Visual Arts in New York.

William Wallace IV joined Continuum in 2013 as Vice President and brings more than thirty years of real estate development experience. His background spans all phases of development, including pre-development planning, acquisitions, leasing, finance, construction, and operations, with involvement in more than $1.5 billion of development projects across New York and Miami.
During his tenure at Forest City Ratner, a leading national real estate development firm, Mr. Wallace contributed to several high-profile projects, including a large-scale casino, hospitality, and retail development in Atlantic City; the first convention hotel built in Miami Beach in over thirty years, the Loews Miami Beach; a power retail center in the Bronx; and mixed-income housing in downtown Brooklyn. He previously served as Executive Vice President of a real estate development firm focused on the development and financing of workforce housing. Mr. Wallace is a graduate of Stuyvesant High School, Brooklyn College, and Rutgers University School of Law, and began his legal career as a Law Clerk in Brooklyn Supreme Court.

Peter Myktyn is a senior project and construction management professional with more than thirty years of experience across high-profile residential, governmental, and commercial projects. A hands-on leader with deep expertise in construction and architectural design, he is known for delivering complex developments on time and within budget.
Mr. Myktyn is a results-driven manager and strategic problem solver with extensive experience navigating the complexities of New York City development. His core competencies include budget planning and cost control, construction management, scheduling and logistics, building code compliance, contract negotiation and administration, value engineering, records management, and government contract negotiations. He works closely with state and local agencies to ensure efficient execution and regulatory compliance throughout all phases of development.

Kelly Budzik is an experienced development professional with more than a decade of experience overseeing large-scale, high-end residential and mixed-use projects across South Florida and the United States. Her background spans the full development lifecycle, with expertise in construction execution, financial coordination, and the management of design teams and consultants on projects totaling more than two million square feet.
Beginning her career in estimating, field operations, and project management, Ms. Budzik developed a strong foundation in cost control, contract administration, and on-site coordination. In her role as Development Officer at Continuum, she oversees the development and execution of an upcoming luxury condominium project, working closely with internal teams, consultants, and contractors to deliver thoughtfully designed developments aligned with the Company’s commitment to quality, innovation, and long-term value.

Brandon serves as a Development Officer at Continuum, overseeing all aspects of the development process from initial underwriting and agreement negotiations through design, construction, asset management, and property management. His work spans both predevelopment and execution, balancing design excellence with financial performance to deliver long-term value.
Prior to joining Continuum, Brandon was an Associate at Terra Group in Miami, where he contributed to the predevelopment of high-profile luxury condominium projects, including 6701 Collins (Deauville Hotel) and 1111 Parrot Jungle Trail (Jungle Island). He holds a Bachelor of Architecture from Cornell University and a Master’s degree in Real Estate Development from Columbia University.

Henry Lopez is a seasoned construction executive with a proven track record of delivering high-profile projects exceeding $1.1 billion in aggregate value. As Head of Construction in Florida for Continuum, he oversees the full project lifecycle, including preconstruction planning, budgeting, scheduling, procurement, logistics, financial oversight, and construction execution. His hands-on leadership ensures projects are delivered from inception through completion with a focus on quality, efficiency, and budgetary discipline.
Henry maintains strong working relationships with leading South Florida designers, consultants, inspectors, and major contractors, fostering collaboration that drives efficiency and innovation. Specializing in multi-trade coordination and strategic problem-solving, he plays a critical role in translating Continuum’s vision into successful developments. His work is guided by a commitment to integrity, innovation, sustainability, and positive community impact.

Mayra Tellez is a seasoned construction executive with extensive experience leading complex multi-use high-rise, multifamily, and specialty construction projects. She began her career in estimating, buyouts, and contract negotiations, building a strong foundation in cost control and procurement before advancing into senior leadership roles overseeing multimillion-dollar developments. Her expertise includes aquatics construction, with delivery of large-scale recreational facilities featuring Olympic swimming pools, surf pools, elevated pools, and aquatic parks, as well as municipal park projects that include a 50-meter competition pool, community buildings, expansive decks, promenades, and multiple sports amenities.
At Continuum, Ms. Tellez serves as Construction Executive for the La Baia North project, where she oversees the general contractor and manages all aspects of construction, including coordination with engineers and design professionals, scheduling, and financial oversight. She is known for her collaborative leadership style, mentoring teams and working closely with stakeholders to navigate complex regulatory environments across Florida, New York, and Washington, ensuring projects are delivered with the highest standards of quality, efficiency, and design integrity.
