Senior Development Officer
Garland began his career in real estate in 2010 with Alloy Development, where he led the design, planning, and project management of several luxury residential buildings in Brooklyn, New York. Subsequently, Garland held significant leadership positions at Toll Brothers, DDG, SHVO and JMH Development where he oversaw the design, construction and sales of prominent developments in New York and Florida. As a licensed architect, Garland brings a sophisticated and thoughtful approach to the design, management, and execution of each project.
Garland received his Bachelor of Architecture from Syracuse University in 2009. In addition to his role at Continuum, he is also an adjunct professor at Fordham University and Syracuse University, an Advisory Board Member for the School of Architecture at Syracuse and the Founder and Board President of The deGraffenried Foundation, a non-profit organization that supports students in need within the design industry.
